Take Notice that Mayor Michael Di Biase, pursuant to Section 4.2 of Council's Procedural By-law 400-2002, has directed that a Special Council meeting be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at + 3:00 p.m. at the Joint Operations Centre for the purpose of approving the appointment of an auditor for Hydro Vaughan Distribution Inc.
